How to Turn Off Restricted Mode Without Your Password

1. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right to go to your profile. 
2. Hit the three lines in the top right. 
3. Tap Settings and privacy.
4. In your Settings, tap Digital Wellbeing. 
5. Tap Restricted Mode.
6. Hit Forgot Password?
7. Tap Phone Number or Email. 
8. Enter your credentials. 
9. Insert the temporary passcode you received. 
10. Enter a new passcode. 

Once you’ve updated your passcode, you can go to the first section of this tutorial to disable Restricted Mode.
