- Scroll down to the Apps section and tap Instagram.
- Toggle the Camera option On.
To enable camera access on Instagram for Windows:

- Hit Apps.
- Tap Instagram.
- Tap Permissions.
- Hit Camera.
- Select Allow only while using the app.
