  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. Click the ⋯ icon in the top right of the page. 
  3. Click Settings
  4. Select Start, home, and new tabs on the left side of the screen. 
  5. Click the Open these pages: radio button. 
  6. Enter the website URL you want to open when Edge starts and hit the Add button.

  3. Click Settings
